Was referred to her by FP doctor. First appt she told me she could help - I was very reluctant- second appt She told me she doesn’t treat chronic pain (why not say that at the first appt when I told her I have had pain for years???) Then she Never looked at the second reason I went to her and that was for an “acute” area of pain. She left the room and charged me a bunch of money. I tried to get a refund for the waste of time but it’s the SBC so they told me she gave me advice and needs to be compensated for that. Her advice should’ve been explained to me at the first appt that she doesn’t treat chronic pain. She was very rude too!!
