There was no visit. I did not get the expected phone call as scheduled. I tried to contact staff nurse to find out about what could have happened. I was not successful in getting through her. I left a message with the receptionist. I never heard from Dr. S' staff. I wrote an email on my portal. Finally I got a response. I did not get an answer or satisfactory explanation what could have been the reason for the mishap. I rescheduled the appointment with Dr. S.
