Dr. Calvert is, in my experience, the standard of ethics that all in the psychiatric disipline should seek to attain. Diagnosis, and treatment process for a patient seeking psychiatric medical care (and subsequent therapy) should hope for a professional with a scientific and humanistic skill set. Her treatment allows the patient to lose fear of being just a clinical, impersonal face. Rather, her professionalism reminds a person seeking care, that they matter and are worth their best life.
