Dr. Kondrashin is the best psychiatrist my family and I have ever worked with, and we have worked with many. She is a caring professional who takes time to make a differential diagnosis and actually talk to her patients. Her focus is on the whole person, not just medication. She utilizes CBT and DBT skills along with medication management. She has a wealth of experience and is Board Certified in both adult and child/adolescent psychiatry. I interact with many psychiatrists in my field of work as well. I can tell you from my personal and professional experience, Dr. Kondrashin is a rare gem!
