Visit 9-4-2020, Dr. Kaplan had no patience with my 87-year-old father with beginnings of dementia. My father kept repeating himself and did not comprehend what the doctor was saying. I said I would discuss it with him later. He raised his voice and yelled at him "No doctor in this world will fix your eye it's shot" My father who talks about driving all the time but hasn't driven in several years went to that subject and the doctor raised his voice again and said "You better not be driving" I said he does not drive. My dad was still talking about it and he raised his voice again and said "YOU BETTER NOT BE DRIVING!" I assured him again that he's not he's just talking. The doctor was impatient, rude, and disrespectful to my father. Doctor stormed out of the room and Yelled "God help me!" as he threw his hands up. His staff looked mortified and one nurse came in to finish our appointment. I just want to warn people about how ignorant, impatient, disrespectful and rude he was to us.
