I had a follow up scheduled with her for Wednesday 2 weeks after getting out of the hospital, to go over test results and treatment options. The Friday before the follow up appointment, Dr. Myers called to inform me that I did have MS and that she would like me to be seen at the MS clinic. The following Monday, Dr. Myers office called to inform me that they cancelled my appointment and would not provide a referral to the MS clinic she wanted me to be seen at. She insisted that I get my PCP to
