I went to Dr. Costandi, for severe pudental nerve pain. The first procedure he did, was a nerve block. Pain went away for one week, then came back. He said he'll do a different procedure called RFA (radio frequency ablation, where they burn the nerve. Again...lasted only one week, then came back! I don't think he knows what he's doing, and WOULD NOT recommend him to anyone!
