Just calling his number was a chore. I called the same number I always call and was told I needed to call the Bronx number because I had called the Queens location before the call was disconnected. I called again and someone who had a heavy Indian accent told me to call the bronx number. She repeated the number (it was the same number I already had). After explaining that to her, she said that the bronx office was closed and to call them after 3pm. My original call was between 12:30 and 1pm. Then she rudely hung up. They need to work on their professionalism.
