I visited this office for an annual physical, which is fully covered by my insurance. During the appointment, the doctor ordered lab work, and I was later asked to come back for a follow-up visit to review the results. What was never explained to me upfront is that I would be charged for this follow-up visit, which felt misleading and unfair.I paid the bill for the follow-up visit, yet I am still receiving letters threatening collections. A year later, I am still dealing with these billing issues, and this has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of transparency and poor handling of billing is unacceptable. I would not recommend this office to others based on my experience.
