Dr. Du displayed a deliberate disregard for my brother's eye health, leading to irreversible damage that significantly worsened his vision without our knowledge. Despite the considerable expense of lenses, we faithfully attended annual check-ups due to ongoing vision issues. Each visit, Dr. Du failed to update the prescription, offering only excuses. Upon switching eye doctors, we learned my brother's prescription had drastically worsened from -200 to -700. This neglect has permanently impaired my brother's eyesight. Furthermore, the front desk staff were unhelpful and rude, refusing to address our concerns. I strongly caution against entrusting Dr. Du with your eye care needs. His intentional negligence and his staff's indifferent attitude have caused profound harm and distress.
