Dr. Karas did open heart surgery on me. Two blocked veins. Process went perfect, was told it would be 6-8 weeks recovery, within 3 I was ready to resume all activities, but had to follow doctor's orders and use caution. His staff (including PA, Nurse Practitioner, surgery assistants, front desk people, ALL very knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, and Dr Karas himself takes all the time you need to ask questions, share concerns, etc. I HIGHLY recommend him, he did an excellent job of adding longevity to my life.
