My experience with Dr Jenkens office was the worst ever. I showed up on my appointment date and time. I takke to the front desk and ahold the girl that English is my second language and need help filling out the patient forms. The girl said she would help me in a bit. As I waited some one from the back calls me into the back. I was then taken to a room where another girl/ nurse asked me for my current information. Then someone knocks on the door and the nurse steps out. As soon as she came back in to the room I was then asked by the first girl who said she would help fill out my forms, to go back out side. Then I was told to fill out the form and come back next time. I was then asked to make another appointment right there and then. My question is... why was I not told nor asked to fill this form out before my initial appointment and why this form was never sent to me. The girls were very rude and did not help me in anyway. Wasted my time. This isn't acceptable. I am very dissapointed in the way I was treated by the staffs at this office.
