Dr Warren is very good at what he does. I was very comfortable with him. His staff is very friendly. However, the office is so busy it is difficult to get an appointment even for an established patient who needs follow up. The wait time when calling the office ranges from 10-38 min. Very frustrating and stressful. Getting a call back from a nurse also takes at least two calls to the office (with all that hold time) Again, very frustrating. I finally had to find a new rheumatologist because of the office/communication issues. Not Dr Warren. I hate getting to know a new doctor . Lyndhurst, Ohio
