Maybe she helped some people but would not recommend at all. Seemed very bored, cut me off when I would try to explain something that was hard for me to open up about, so I never did end up even telling her, undermined and invalidated my difficulties, went on her phone, etc. She at least needs to tell you if it’s an emergency or something if she does that but she did this constantly with no explanation.
