I have been dealing with a billing issue and between insurance and Medicare they say they need the DR to respond. I have tried numerous times to get the DR to respond and now Medicare sent me a letter stating no response from the DR so I am left with the whole bill. I refuse to pay for something that she needs to assist in responding to Medicare on. I have spoken and even gone into the office and the office staff advises that the DR has to respond. I even filed an appeal with Medicare and they have been unsuccessful in getting her to respond.
